New to the change? Read the 2027 requirements explained. Requirements as announced by YouTube on 10 August 2026. Watch hours count over a rolling 365 days and Shorts views over a rolling 90 days, so older views drop off; treat the pace here as a minimum. Existing partners are not removed, but keeping Shorts ad revenue needs 10M Shorts views per 90 days. Your numbers stay in your browser.
